Demotion Of Mafumem from SRR CO

Note* This is not a staff report so I will be using my own template.
In game name: Mafumem (I do not know his full name as he is never on)
Reason for demotion: Mafumem has recently been demoted from his staff rank because of inactivity and still in his regiment he does nothing I never see him on and he has no members inside of the Special Reconnaissance Regiment(SRR).
He never does his job as a sniper and he never takes control of a situation.
What will happen after demotion: If he does get demoted i do not mind taking over his position as i am a ex SAS MAJGEN. I have a great shot and leadership skills and i will recruit members into the Special Reconnaissance Regiment(SRR).

Thankyou, I will be speaking to Mafumem about the situation. If he continues to be inactive he will be demoted from his position as 1IC of the SRR and you may make an application for SRR Commander.
